Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). ElicitArt addresses business customers (entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code) exclusively.
